Anytime Batteries will only exchange the product if it is delivered a wrong or having a manufacturing defect.  You should carefully read the individual description in relation to the products.

In the event, Anytime Batteries is unable to deliver the product to you on time or at all, you will be notified by an email and your order will be automatically cancelled due to unavailability of the product or at your instructions due to failure to deliver the product on the expected time of delivery by our delivery partners. Anytime Batteries shall not be liable to pay for any damages in such an event owing to the cancellation of the order or delay in delivery.
