Delivery
- Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.
- After they pass through the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
- Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible. In case they are unable to reach your address, or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue
Shipment
- Once your order will be dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your request.
- You can track the status of your package 24*7 after your order will be dispatched from our warehouse.
- All the orders are majorly dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
- Once your order is sent from the warehouse, it will take a maximum of 5-7 working days for the delivery.
- If you order more than one product, then different parts of your order may be shipped from our various warehouse locations.
- Rest assured, you will only have to pay the shipping/cod charge if applicable, and on the first package you receive.
- We have standard shipping charges for most addresses and free shipping for orders above a certain amount.
Safety of products
The plastic layer sheet is wrapped on the product to ensure better protection in the box. Also, for better protection of that product, we pack the product with a bubble wrap sheet to ensure safe delivery.
